Utter Bollocks

Wilt Portfolio

Yet again the GSCC have made a major fucking cock up and to add injury to insult (or vice versa) have imposed a inconceivably disproportionate sanction on a social worker registrant:  http://www.communitycare.co.uk/Articles/2011/06/13/117003/social-worker-guilty-of-misconduct-in-case-beset-by-delay.htm

It has taken the GSCC two years to conclude the case against Eric Rickerby who was initially suspended from the Register but then reinstated after an appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal who ordered his reinstatement: http://www.carestandardstribunal.gov.uk/Public/View.aspx?ID=1088

That was in July 2010 – nearly 12 months later they finally conclude the case. They blame the delay on administrative shortages but they accept there were unacceptable shortcomings and have learned lessons to ensure there are improved services to registrants – now where has Wilt heard that before?

Having effectively deprived the guy of work for two years, and a loss of an estimated £90,000 in salary they add insult to injury by admonishing him for 4 years.

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

One can only assume that Rickerby will also appeal that judgement on the grounds that the decision was both perverse and utterly disproportionate.

Will these fuckers at the GSCC never learn? If Rickerby had not had to defend himself any reasonable lawyer would have torn the GSCC apart and shamed them into thinking that the guy had already served time. Effectively the fella will effectively serve 6 years – that is longer than some rapists serve!

What utter fucking bollocks.

What a pillock: http://www.communitycare.co.uk/Articles/2011/05/31/116914/Children39s-worker-suspended-after-staring-at-girl39s.htm

(not the chap in this photo)

Tit watching is OK if it is of the feathered kind, or indeed admiring the female figure provided it is not oppressive – staring at a service users breasts (especially one aged 16) is out of order.

Mind you, this was a GSCC hearing, so you just never really know the full truth.

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

It has obviously been a day of sex stories: http://regulatorwatch.co.uk/2011/05/not-very-joined-up/ as reported earlier by Wilt.

There is a further article here: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1392731/Police-officer-sacked-inappropriate-relationship-girl-14-met-custody.html but this time with a picture of the culprit.

Oh dear, here we go again – the GSCC have fucked up again: http://www.communitycare.co.uk/Articles/2011/05/31/116909/Banned-social-worker-can-rejoin-register-after-appeal.htm

It cannot be any fun working at the GSCC – however it is worse if you happen to be investigated by them, as the above article yet again illustrates. And to quote:

Tribunal judge Maureen Roberts said: “On the balance of probabilities we find that the applicant did make lewd and improper suggestions to young women in Argyle Street, Birkenhead, in the early hours of 10 April 2008.”

But she added: “In all the circumstances of this case we conclude that the sanction applied was too severe.

“The applicant is a mature man who has been working as a social worker since 1995 with no previous concerns about his professional work.”

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

It goes on:

She also criticised the GSCC’s handling of the case as “less than fair”. Ten months after he was referred to the GSCC, the social worker was informed that no further action would be taken. Six months after that, the GSCC told him it was reopening the case.

Roberts concluded: “In view of the overall length of time that the applicant has had this matter hanging over him and the sanction of an interim suspension order and then removal dating back to January 2010, we are allowing the appeal.”

It never rains put pours on those nice stupid folk at the GSCC – fucking Dorks.

It is somewhat ironic that on the very day that CEOPS (the Child Exploitation and Online Protection centre) http://www.ceop.police.uk/ announce a record level of ‘saving’ children http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-13594329 from sexual exploitation that it is reported that a police officer sexually exploited a 14 year old looked after child – or at least he attempted to: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1392731/Police-officer-sacked-inappropriate-relationship-girl-14-met-custody.html

It is further reported here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-13603101

“Pc Robert Nicholson met the girl in October 2009 while she was in custody and exchanged text and Facebook messages which had “sexual elements”.

He then met the girl when he took her out of her care home in east London.

The constable, who was 27 at the time, faced a trial for sexual activity with a child but was found not guilty.”

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

Well, call me a little simple minded, but me thinks this was sexual exploitation. Do not the CEOP people and the Met people talk to each other?

Is it just me that links these two news reports?

Perhaps CEOP need to look closer to home for offenders?

Not very joined up, we think.

Poor taste

25-05-11

We do rather hope that Wall is OK: http://wallofbrick.wordpress.com/

Wilt Portfolio

S/he has not posted anything since October last year, which is a shame because Wall has a really good sense of humour and although we may not share the same politics the quality of the posts are very good. Indeed the whole concept of the blog, its name, structure and content demonstrate not only intelligence but also a well thought out idea.

Come back Wall – please. You and Guido http://order-order.com/ make up part of my daily diet of essential reading.

Meanwhile Wilt aint so sure that all this ‘privacy law’ stuff and the mass twitter outing of a certain footballer is at all healthy – it is just the tabloids using others to create mass hysteria about nonsense. It is not exactly like Clinton getting a blow job from Lewinski.

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

The fact that it was John Hemming, the most stupid of MPs (yes even more thick than former MP Plaskitt), outed the footballer just proves the point that it is all about selling newspapers and a bandstand for self-publicists such as this arsehole of a Parliamentarian – he even makes dwarf Bercow (the Speaker) look demure and retiring. The thing is, MPs with very small brains are very dangerous – on Newsnight even John Prescott came across as sharp minded when compared to Hemming. It is a shame that Prescott did not get the opportunity to give Hemming his infamous right hook to the chin – now that would have been newsworthy, and justified.

Why do the people of Birmingham Yardley give Hemming a seat in Parliament for Gawd sake?

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

It is all in rather poor taste, we think.

War

09-05-11

OK, this is not good: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-13329634 It is similarly reported in the Telegraph who first reported on it: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/8501369/Public-sector-pay-soaring-out-of-control.html

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

It is just unacceptable. And of course, who is to blame – fucking Gordon Brown. Grrrrr!

The Tory Government (sorry coalition) need to get this sorted, big time. It is outrageous that any local/central government (sick leave) and gold plated pension lacklustre officer can Lord it over the much hard working and accountable private sector worker – it is a joke not very funny.

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

The entire sector of local government should be on a commission only basis, i.e. not providing direct services and commissioning officers on a maximum salary of £20,000 per year, and a Chief Executive on £30,000 per year. The private and third sector (voluntary sector – otherwise private sector by another name) can then determine their own charging.

College Affairs

09-05-11

In reality BASW have no say in the matter. Hilton Dawson (once the great hope for BASW) is a disgrace – he cannot even get photographed against a reasonable background in the photo of him in this article: http://www.communitycare.co.uk/Articles/2011/05/06/116760/single-social-work-college-likely-to-be-agreed.htm

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

The tide went out a long time ago for BASW, and this photo (see article) only confirms it.

It is only the College (the official) of Social Work (http://www.collegeofsocialwork.org/home/) that has any merit – BASW are just simply an afterthought these days. Hilton might think of perhaps moving on? We hear that there are vacancies for the assistant, to the assistant of the first assistant to the public toilet mandarin in his local area – oooops Hilton is not sufficiently qualified.

What a shit twat. He is a former MP, so what else to expect?

The level of activity of Calleja (in terms of access to Regulator Watch) show no signs of abating – she is still like clockwork (or OCD) visiting three times daily via her T-Mobile Android driven mobile phone using the Safari software. Except on Sunday’s when she only visits once, normally. However, this Sunday it was 4 times!

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

We are not sure what she is looking for although she pays particular attention to the post on the CSCI Internal Report – something she has for years wanted (and attempted) to have confined to the dustbin in a desperate act of censorship.

Unwittingly,  what she is doing is causing Google to give it an increasing profile as the clever people in the organisation count the number of times someone clicks on the posting – they also record the search terms people use, like www.regulatorwatch.co.uk, or regulator watch wilt. That therefore pushes up the website in Google ratings – thank you Mrs Calleja!

Google also scour the website daily for key phrases or words or names, such as Calleja and hence whenever someone searches for that name Google will list it if not at the top of the list, at least very high up. The same goes for all the other search engines like Ask or Yahoo who also scour the website daily.

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

What was unusual this Sunday was that others have been searching for data on Calleja. Here are some example search terms:

regulator watch “happen files”

wwww.regulatorwatch.co.uk

dennis fisher happiness fostering agency

regulator watch

regulator watch wilt

regulatorwatch.co.uk

elizabeth calleja leamington spa

New York2011

Wilt Portfolio

It is not the first time someone has been searching for the link between dennis fisher and happiness fostering agency, the “happen files” or elizabeth calleja leaminton spa – and such search terms are widely used nationwide and even from places abroad. It is just brilliant – the wonder of Google.

Oh and of course Google record lots of other things like where you are (usually very accurately), your service provider, IP address (i.e. your computer/other device individual identity), the operating system used, browser and your screen size, among other remarkable details.

Just brilliant – it means Calleja is driving more and more traffic to www.regulatorwatch.co.uk the more she accesses or gets others to access the website. Google (and Wilt) pick up on these emerging patterns of traffic, instantly.

Keep dancing Elizabeth – your constant wobbles and dizzy/frenetic Dervish-like efforts to clear your name is only driving the world to those very documents you want censored.

Now you see I have done it again – in Google terms I have linked the term Dervish to Calleja. That seems appropriate as she enjoys holidaying in Turkey.

We Will See

03-05-11

It seems social care workers are not fond of trade union membership, according to this community care report: http://www.communitycare.co.uk/Articles/2011/04/28/116735/alarm-over-lack-of-union-membership-among-care-workers.htm

Wilt Portfolio

Is that so bad?

We will see.

Meanwhile Cafcass might be on the move http://www.communitycare.co.uk/Articles/2011/04/26/116724/ministers-likely-to-accept-cafcass-move-to-justice-ministry.htm

It would be far preferable that it simply disappear.

And Wilt’s favourite quango, the GSCC, has won a three month reprieve:  http://www.communitycare.co.uk/Articles/2011/04/27/116733/delayed-end-to-gscc-may-cause-confusion-over-registration.htm

Wilt Portfolio

This website will not desist in monitoring its (GSCC http://www.gscc.org.uk/Home/) progress to ultimate demise and persist in monitoring the emergence of the new Health and Care Professions Council (HPC as they are now http://www.hpc-uk.org/).

Oh look what we have rediscovered: http://www.spectator.co.uk/essays/all/3061606/after-baby-p-the-crisis-in-child-foster-care.thtml

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

This article in the Spectator in 2008 reads like a fairy tale, of wonder woman ‘Sarah’ (Elizabeth Calleja) in her battle against injustice! Absolute and utter tosh.

As usual, Calleja only tells half truths and slips in a few untruths – she is dissembling like a good politician.

You will of course note that the Spectator Assistant Editor (Mary Wakefield) did not trouble herself in checking out the story before going to print. What did Tom, Dick and Harriet have to say; or Madge for that matter? What were the views of the police, NCSC/CSCI or Ofsted? Could they offer a more balanced appraisal? The answer is of course yes, but it was inconvenient to do so – otherwise there was no story, or fairy tale. An inconvenient truth might emerge.

Now, you would expect that a publication such as the Spectator would publish evidenced research – would you not? They neither do justice to the case of Calleja (not that she has one), to those accused of serious professional misconduct or to journalism.

Wilt Portfolio

Wilt Portfolio

What of course is fact is that Calleja considers herself to be and promulgates the idea that she is an innocent victim. She is neither innocent nor a victim, but the inconvenient truth is that she victimises others – has anyone else been arrested by the police and placed on bail for several months under suspicion of harassment? Now that is a very inconvenient and arresting fact, is it not? See this: http://regulatorwatch.co.uk/2011/03/infamy-infamy/

Oh, and that big black file that Calleja/Wakefield have – we know of a police officer who would like to see it, together with the High Court in Birmingham who were told by Calleja that she held no records that could be disclosed in a defamation claim. Unlike Calleja who routinely claims to be a lawyer herself, we are not lawyers but we think that, in light of that big black folder, it might emerge yet that Elizabeth committed perjury in her signed Court statement (and not the draft version she sent to the GSCC). And such offences tend to carry fairly heavy prison terms, do they not Lord Archer? See here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/1424501.stm

Boating Central Park

Wilt Portfolio

Callejia will, putting it mildly, create fictional documents, although not in any way that the police cannot instantly detect.

It is also very odd that a woman who the Spectator (and other publishers) choose to award anonymity to, is probably the best known litigant/vexatious pain in the arse known to central/local government and a multitude of Quango. For gawd sake, we all know who she is and why try to protect her? The public have a right to know which Dorks cause massive deployment of publicly funded resources in examining ‘non-essential’ and irrelevant issues – for goodness sake Calleja is irrelevant, her cause even less so. Even so, she spares no blushes when it comes to naming and shaming others from her ‘Big Black File’ ( and several more like it we are adsvised) – that is why we have no reservation about naming the TWAT.

In UK law, you face your accuser – face up Elizabeth or desist from your pathetic, stale and sorry efforts to be the Fairy Queen – no glass slipper would fit your fat foot, honest. An inconvenient fact, we think, princess.
