The Tory Government (sorry coalition) need to get this sorted, big time. It is outrageous that any local/central government (sick leave) and gold plated pension lacklustre officer can Lord it over the much hard working and accountable private sector worker – it is a joke not very funny.

The entire sector of local government should be on a commission only basis, i.e. not providing direct services and commissioning officers on a maximum salary of £20,000 per year, and a Chief Executive on £30,000 per year. The private and third sector (voluntary sector – otherwise private sector by another name) can then determine their own charging.

The level of activity of Calleja (in terms of access to Regulator Watch) show no signs of abating – she is still like clockwork (or OCD) visiting three times daily via her T-Mobile Android driven mobile phone using the Safari software. Except on Sunday’s when she only visits once, normally. However, this Sunday it was 4 times!

We are not sure what she is looking for although she pays particular attention to the post on the CSCI Internal Report – something she has for years wanted (and attempted) to have confined to the dustbin in a desperate act of censorship.

Unwittingly,  what she is doing is causing Google to give it an increasing profile as the clever people in the organisation count the number of times someone clicks on the posting – they also record the search terms people use, like www.regulatorwatch.co.uk, or regulator watch wilt. That therefore pushes up the website in Google ratings – thank you Mrs Calleja!

Google also scour the website daily for key phrases or words or names, such as Calleja and hence whenever someone searches for that name Google will list it if not at the top of the list, at least very high up. The same goes for all the other search engines like Ask or Yahoo who also scour the website daily.

It is not the first time someone has been searching for the link between dennis fisher and happiness fostering agency, the “happen files” or elizabeth calleja leaminton spa – and such search terms are widely used nationwide and even from places abroad. It is just brilliant – the wonder of Google.

Oh and of course Google record lots of other things like where you are (usually very accurately), your service provider, IP address (i.e. your computer/other device individual identity), the operating system used, browser and your screen size, among other remarkable details.

Just brilliant – it means Calleja is driving more and more traffic to www.regulatorwatch.co.uk the more she accesses or gets others to access the website. Google (and Wilt) pick up on these emerging patterns of traffic, instantly.

Keep dancing Elizabeth – your constant wobbles and dizzy/frenetic Dervish-like efforts to clear your name is only driving the world to those very documents you want censored.

Now you see I have done it again – in Google terms I have linked the term Dervish to Calleja. That seems appropriate as she enjoys holidaying in Turkey.

This article in the Spectator in 2008 reads like a fairy tale, of wonder woman ‘Sarah’ (Elizabeth Calleja) in her battle against injustice! Absolute and utter tosh.

As usual, Calleja only tells half truths and slips in a few untruths – she is dissembling like a good politician.

You will of course note that the Spectator Assistant Editor (Mary Wakefield) did not trouble herself in checking out the story before going to print. What did Tom, Dick and Harriet have to say; or Madge for that matter? What were the views of the police, NCSC/CSCI or Ofsted? Could they offer a more balanced appraisal? The answer is of course yes, but it was inconvenient to do so – otherwise there was no story, or fairy tale. An inconvenient truth might emerge.

Now, you would expect that a publication such as the Spectator would publish evidenced research – would you not? They neither do justice to the case of Calleja (not that she has one), to those accused of serious professional misconduct or to journalism.

What of course is fact is that Calleja considers herself to be and promulgates the idea that she is an innocent victim. She is neither innocent nor a victim, but the inconvenient truth is that she victimises others – has anyone else been arrested by the police and placed on bail for several months under suspicion of harassment? Oh, and that big black file that Calleja/Wakefield have – we know of a police officer who would like to see it, together with the High Court in Birmingham who were told by Calleja that she held no records that could be disclosed in a defamation claim. Unlike Calleja who routinely claims to be a lawyer herself, we are not lawyers but we think that, in light of that big black folder, it might emerge yet that Elizabeth committed perjury in her signed Court statement (and not the draft version she sent to the GSCC). Callejia will, putting it mildly, create fictional documents, although not in any way that the police cannot instantly detect.

It is also very odd that a woman who the Spectator (and other publishers) choose to award anonymity to, is probably the best known litigant/vexatious pain in the arse known to central/local government and a multitude of Quango. For gawd sake, we all know who she is and why try to protect her? The public have a right to know which Dorks cause massive deployment of publicly funded resources in examining ‘non-essential’ and irrelevant issues – for goodness sake Calleja is irrelevant, her cause even less so. Even so, she spares no blushes when it comes to naming and shaming others from her ‘Big Black File’ ( and several more like it we are adsvised) – that is why we have no reservation about naming the TWAT.

In UK law, you face your accuser – face up Elizabeth or desist from your pathetic, stale and sorry efforts to be the Fairy Queen – no glass slipper would fit your fat foot, honest. An inconvenient fact, we think, princess.

Who might miss them – not many we think. Nice idea and all that but CAFCASS had a difficult birth and has gone on to be rather disabled in the minds of many. Not a lot more successful than some other former quango like the National Care Standards Commission (NCSC) and its successor the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) – both now defunct and their regulatory functions transferred either to Ofsted or the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We will see what happens to CAFCASS – as predicted by Wilt, some time ago, its numbers are up.

It was with some mirth that Wilt read the article by Penny Thompson (CEO GSCC) describing the ‘strong legacy’ the GSCC will leave after it disappears off into the setting sun – one pictures Thompson with her cowboy hat, leather boots and twin holstered six shooters astride her moped with ‘L’ plates affixed. Does she think Wilt and others are stupid, or what? The only legacy the GSCC will leave is a period in social care regulation that most people want to forget; they have been an utter disgrace, totally incompetent and thoroughly corrupt in terms of their procedures and policies. They are the end of an era error – indeed they will not be missed, at all, other than possibly Wilt will no longer be able to poke fun at them.

Of course, we have yet to see how the Health Professions Council (HPC) will fair under its new regime. Regulator Watch may yet not become redundant, albeit one of its core aims has been to hold twats like the GSCC to account. And on that score we think Regulator Watch has done rather well – we have our readers from within parliament and various government agencies, the press, the GSCC themselves and others such as the College of Social Work and the Social Care Institute for Excellence; these people do take note of the root and branch analysis of the likes of the GSCC.

However, the most critical and critically effective mitigating factor that curtails the GSCC abuses of power and the application of justice has been down to the Care Standards Tribunal. In a yet further ground breaking judgement they have added another nail in the coffin of the GSCC, this time to the tune of £3700.00 in compensating Jaswinder Bains for his legal expenses after the Tribunal found the GSCC case against the Registrant (a Children’s Guardian) as ‘fundamentally flawed.’

Wilt had reported on this case some months ago but this latest development just simply confirms that the Care Standards Tribunal have had enough of this wayward GSCC – unfortunately it is not possible to put them on a curfew or slap on them a Anti-Social Behaviour Order (or whatever they are called these days). Suing the bastards is however the next best thing, except of course it comes out of the public purse! However, Bains is compensated and that is what counts, albeit the emotional costs and the damage to his good name are costs not compensated, yet.

Wilt knows of someone who impersonates a lawyer – she lives in Warwickshire. She also is a total jerk, allegedly!

Allegedly, a well known term used by Ian Hislop, has some advantages.

It is also known that the GSCC are allegedly a regulator.

Perhaps all three, Tracy, the jerk from Warks and the GSCC should get together and share in ‘how to be a fraud’ party – and toast a drink to their fabulous failures.

Wilt is up at some unearthly God forsaken hour to catch a flight on business – back Friday night and then a family wedding Saturday.  Who gets married on a six nation’s rugby weekend, for Gawds sake – have these people no respect? What is wrong with these people?

Two years of investigation? A loss of estimated earnings of £90,000.00! We can only hope the GSCC will repay the same or something reasonable in compensation?
Fucking Dorks – they just do not learn, do they? Do they give a fuck? NO is the simple answer. Could they investigate a complaint to save their lives? NO is the
simple answer. Can we expect anything better soon? NO is the answer.

We despair, again. These highly paid staff from the GSCC are an utter disgrace. Their Gaddafi-like attitude is irresponsible and quite frankly incompetent in the
extreme.

Let’s just blame the lowest in the organisation, the administrators (or supposed lack of) for the obvious failings of the Chief Executive. An old trick not these
days which cuts much mustard among idiots or indeed reasonable thinking people.

They act like, ‘Oh lets string up this guy for a few years And be as difficult as possible, just to justify our existence, oh and to make us feel important and
just for a laugh. Fucking twats – the sooner they are gone (the GSCC) the better.

The GSCC are an utter waste of space – grrrrrr
