    They should rename my NI Health Trust the COI as the whole damn structure has been taken over by vast information gathering requirements that waste huge amounts of valuable staff time. This time would be much better directed towards service user and patient care instead of feeding the requiremants of the megalomaniacal NI Department of Health and Social Services. The pen pushers that inhabit this organisation are calling the shots and it is costing a fortune to produce the information that requires to flow upward. Only demands flow downward. It is also putting people’s lives at risk as staff ure unable to do the essential parts of their job properly due to the burden of information and bureaucratic demands placed upon them. It is a total farce.
