CSCI Internal Review Report

By popular demand, and because Plaskitt MP and Mrs C demand that it be expunged from the record, Wilt has decided to post the links to the Commission for Social Care Inspection Internal Review Report to the front page of Regulator Watch, until such time as necessary.
Remember, this is a public document in the hands of thousands of officials across the UK.
Therefore, Plaskitt, Mrs C and the press (and whoever) who seek data on various complaints they have, they (Plaskitt and Mrs C) can point to this report for all to see in its forensic detail – they can also point it to the press when they next try to make a storm in a teacup.
It will remain on the front page so long as required – that will not please a few people.

Hello Elizabeth
The mad cow from her hovel in (Royal) Leamington Spa, Elizabeth Calleja (Liz, Beth, Lizzie or whatever – call her what you will) and also known in the press by various false names (to supposedly protect her identity), remains a regular visitor to Regulator Watch.
In the Wilt household (and further afield) she is simply known as “the mad woman.” A term of endearment, really! She makes mad people look sane.
She has promulgated her name far and wide by phone, fax (especially), letter and more recently email. She knows no bounds on the amount of shit (mostly fabricated by her) and falsehoods devised in cunning fashion that she can throw at those who dare to challenge her odd and bewildering character – a rather Walter Mitty character at that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Mitty
She is the most curious and odd of persons, not unlike her former MP (or as she frequently referred to him – THE MINISTER). And what a (fucking useless) Minister he was – he had that dream job of coping with the Child Support Agency. We bet he loved that poisoned chalice!
As our thousands of readers know the aforementioned twat (her of the Hovel) is not protected here, on Regulator Watch. And despite her efforts (much) she has failed to prevent or curtail publication of FACTS about her, or even cause the demise of this esteemed website. Her profile will remain so long as we like, especially if she continues to visit us.
Her pet MP (former MP after losing his seat) Plaskitt did do her bidding insofar as these debates/motions/questions (utter diatribe) in Parliament. See:

Anyway, back to Liz…….
After her arrest in 2010 on suspicion of Harassment (otherwise known as stalking) she was very circumspect in her online access to certain company websites and in defaming certain individuals. She was placed on bail with conditions to desist her online stalking.
For a long time Calleja (widow of former Plaskitt MP) licked her wounds and rarely accessed Regulator Watch – Wilt thought she might be dead! That was an unfortunate error of hope. Meanwhile others held a party to celebrate her newly acquired status of criminal suspect (STALKER) in addition to her well known icon of rank of PERSONA NON GRATA and widely held standing of social pariah. Much alcohol was downed the throats of various and numerous persons, both in public administration and private business and lives, that day Calleja found herself facing the custody sergeant to sign her bail conditions.
We would like to think Calleja pissed herself, but sadly there is no confirmed evidence of the same. Wet knickers were however a distinct possibility as for once she was not the accuser, but the accused.
Returning to more recent times:
The woman now simply accesses Regulator from her T-Mobile, Android driven mobile phone with the Safari web browser on a tiny, tiny screen – for reasons unknown? Perhaps the Council have withdrawn her publicly funded computers, in the full knowledge that she never used them for, let we say, legitimate purposes – and she used the kids PCs/laptops likewise. And of course all data on those PCs were, well, public and data contained on them were rather toxic. Had the police got hold of the PCs it is fairly certain she would have spent a few weeks in jail – the police would have been the happiest at that outcome because they, like many other public bodies, simply despise the twat.
During her arrest an excuse offered by Calleja to the police was that all her family were accessing certain websites – hence she blamed her partner (Peter Cooper), her own children and her foster children. As in, “it weren’t me guv, honest!”
Yeah sure – we believe you Lib. Just blame the kids, why not – fucking twat. Cooper was an idiot for allowing her to use his email account, thus implicating him. Not of course that he would have had much choice in the matter – Liz would have simply given him a good slapping if he murmured a voice of dissent.
You see Elizabeth is as about as honest as a merchant banker (wanker) or even a Royal Bank of Scotland banker – otherwise as corrupt, low life and as far from redemption as you care to measure. The woman is curtailed (for the moment) but her efforts will not desist because she is ALWAYS RIGHT. She is ALWAYS RIGHT – got it? She will not desist, she is like the Alien out of the film “Alien” and not dissimilar in the persecution of her prey i.e. any who desist her pernicious, obstinate but ultimately futile desire (somewhat Hitler like) to command the world and give praise to her. She will eat you up unless you destroy her spider web of corruption.
That web, like the one Wilt dusted earlier today has gone, but we keep an eye on that spider, like we monitor Liz. She has gone from occasionally accessing Regulator Watch, to weekly accessing Regulator Watch and successively over the last six months daily, twice and now back to her usual thrice daily. Perhaps we can bump her up to her high of 18 times a day at her most demonic state.
Of course those mobile phone companies also log her internet activity and the devices themselves store a whole host of data regarding activity.
Perhaps however she might just dedicate herself to her job of caring for other people’s children, or even her own – rather than spending hours pursuing stale and rather dead issues.
However, we suspect not and Wilt et al will just press her buttons, pull her strings and watch with mirth how she responds.
And her former MP (Plaskitt) – well he might yet feel the long arm of the law for his dodgy expenses claims.

Yep, she is back to her usual average level of visits of three times a day. You would think, would you not, that a person who claims to be a lawyer (indeed even a humble foster parent) would have better things to do than surf Regulator Watch? Either that or our blog is very engrossing, or of course the ‘mad woman’ does suffer with Munchausen Syndrome and is a narcissist!
Both we believe!
We now predict a new round of complaints to the police (several forces as usual), the Information Commissioner, Ofsted, CQC (CSCI/NCSC as they were), the GSCC, her MP (and ex-MP), the relevant Minister of State and Secretary of State, and any other fool not yet attuned to her usual game plan of ‘I am an innocent victim of unfairness and all about me are getting at me.” Fortunately, Calleja has made herself so well know that she comes with a health warning – the fax tsunami of the western world.
Our experienced advice to agencies – unplug your fax machine, put a block on her emails, return post ‘recipient unknown’ or otherwise just ignore her. That is what most people do – the alternative is to take early retirement.
Wilt recalls a story from a friend victimised/stalked by Calleja who explained that when he was visited at home by a senior official from the GSCC that he was told ‘Do not quote me, but she [Calleja] is vexatious.’ It is reported the official of the GSCC looked rather beleaguered after advising he was Calleja’s next victim – she had made a complaint about him for failing to do her bidding.
We have an interesting GSCC letter about Calleja which we will upload in the weeks to come – it speaks volumes. Meanwhile she can wait to see it herself, but only of course IF she chooses to do so. It’s after all her choice to surf Regulator Watch.
And for every session she visits we will upload even more documents – our server has a massive capacity – we can upload until Kingdom Come.

These people are very sad – stalkers.

There were some rather telling quotes from the article, such as:
“The 32-year-old Manchester United and England star told the court he was upset by the visits from the woman, whom he had never met.”
The emphasis is upon ‘whom he had never met.’ That phrase rings a few bells as well.
It is further reported:
“Ferdinand called his club’s security who alerted police and Ibru left after being warned against harassment.
“The second time, he was returning home at around 8pm when he saw her standing on the road opposite his house.
“Police attended again and once more she was warned that she would face prosecution, but she turned up again two days later in the early hours of June 18.”
That behaviour pattern seems familiar too – it is called obsessive. Who does that remind me of, we wonder?
We hate to think how often Susanne Ibru might be visiting the website of Ferdinand – what a fucking Dork (Ibru that is)!
Now she is on the run – perhaps she is hiding out in Leamington Spa.
