CSCI Internal Review Report

19-11-09

By popular demand, and because Plaskitt MP and Mrs C demand that it be expunged from the record, Wilt has decided to post the links to the Commission for Social Care Inspection Internal Review Report to the front page of Regulator Watch, until such time as necessary.

Remember, this is a public document in the hands of thousands of officials across the UK.

Therefore, Plaskitt, Mrs C and the press (and whoever) who seek data on various complaints they have, they (Plaskitt and Mrs C) can point to this report for all to see in its forensic detail – they can also point it to the press when they next try to make a storm in a teacup.

It will remain on the front page so long as required – that will not please a few people.

Report here in three parts:

So far only half the sad story has been told. Much, much more will be published in the weeks and months to come.

  1. Dear Wilt
James Plaskett M.P. is a law maker. He works in the big law making factory that is Parliament. Yet he has encouraged his sad constituent to encourage government agencies to do what the law prohibites them from doing under the Care Act 2000. Namely, taking up individuals complaints. Mr Plaskett has abused his position as an M.P. and has deliberately spent tax payers money where it should not have been spent. Mr Plaskett has abused Parliament and his sad constituent is worse off today that she was eight years ago. She is a laughing stock and Plaskett is a disgrace.

  2. Dear Wilt
It was silly of Mrs C or is it Mrs A to run a complaint by Paul Snell at GSCC and think that I would not notice. I feel hurt by this. After all, I am the File Doctor. I shoot duck with Paul every second Tuesday during the season. Anyways, Paul saw her coming like a fart underneath a bed sheet. Another failure in the long list of failures in the life of Mrs C or is it Mrs A.

  3. So that there is no misunderstanding, Mrs C was ARRESTED on Tuesday 29th June on Suspicion of Stalking and Harassment.

She is on police bail pending further investigation.

Keep an eye out in the local (Coventry/Warwickshire) press and national tabloids and broadsheets for details.

  4. Now, what will Ofsted, the local MP(s), Councillors, press and local authorities make of Mrs C, we wonder? How on earth will Ofsted cope with the demands from the press to explain that a foster parent has been arrested for harassment – indeed how will any organisation. Further, how will Mrs C explain it all away, if she notifies anyone at all – all that is taken care of however, in Mrs C fashion, by FAX (especially), email and letter and word of mouth.

    She need do nothing!

There will obviously be questions raised in the House. There are several items of correspondence in that avenue.
Community Care may need to eat some humble pie, as will various other press/media outlets as they realise, “oh my Gawd it’s that that bloody woman.”

A new age, a new dawn and more to the point a new no nonsense administration is in town. No time wasters or those who want to hog the limelight or waste scarce resources – this has already led to the downfall of Poodle Dune Boy Plaskitt after Gawd knows hundreds of thousands of pounds of staff time across numerous government agencies and quango.

Even if these agencies wanted to or were willing to listen to the now long forgotten Mrs C (and the
Minister ), they aint got any staff or budgets to “entertain” the mad woman, or at least they will not soon. Besides which they consider her a liability, and they care not for Plaskitt.

Mrs C sought, over several years to have certain individuals “suspended”, “sacked”, “to remove them from the GSCC register”, conveyed to numerous persons that “they were a fraud”, and made numerous complaints to the police. She, with Plaskitt, sought to have one agency (Happen Fostercare) expunged together with any records which defy her (their) perception of the world. This was over a period 2002 to present, and continuing.

Despite vigorous and extensive complaint investigations, including by the police, none were found wanting in terms of professional conduct, arrested for (let alone charged with)any criminal offence and were in fact compensated, handsomely, by the CSCI.

Yet, it seems those “retiring” individuals have prospered and it is now Mrs C who has found herself standing in front of the police custody sergeant signing off her bail conditions. One can only imagine her face!

    Brilliant! Poetry in motion.

  5. It would appear the mad woman is getting some exercise by roaming Leamington Spa with her laptop accessing the Cloud Wi-Fi Network. Desperate or what?

Her main Virgin connection is blocked and she appears for the moment to have given up using her mobile phone to connect to Regulator Watch.

You see, in one stroke Wilt has saved her eyesight and got her off her fat arse to get some exercise out of her hovel.

This is a Regulator Watch public service provided free of charge – mind you we are thinking of blocking Cloud too. That should really frustrate her and cause her to go elsewhere – oh dear, Wilt blocked Warwickshire libraries too.

Now most Wi-Fi hotspots charge but knowing Mrs C she has probably found a free one somewhere.

The following pinpoints one of the establishments from where she is gaining access free, or charged: http://thecloud.jiwire.com/search-wifi-hotspots.htm?country_id=226&zip=&city=Leamington+Spa&submit=

Among her options are “Punch Taverns – Sarah Siddons” (Bar), “THOMAS LLOYD” (Bar), “Little Chef – Warwick North” and “Holiday Inn Express Warwick.” Perhaps she might be using another hotel or McDonalds.

Anyone in the vicinity who sees a desperate woman with a laptop (and possibly several heavy files) and looking very intense (who is usually very rude and demanding) should alert Wilt via Regulator Watch, preferably with a picture please.

Ask not what she has in those files cos otherwise you will be there for an eternity – take this as a serious health warning.

What a dork, first class with ribbons!

  6. Dear Wilt

Who is Mrs C? Perhaps a famous King has put it best. To quote:

“She is a ruined piece of nature”

    King Lear.

  7. Dear Wilt

    Who is Mrs C? Ask the good King Lear. He said, to quote;

“She is a ruined piece of nature”

  8. Dear Wilt

Regulator Watch will haunt Mrs C just like the ghost of Bankquo haunted Lady Macbeth.

  9. Dear Wilt

Mrs C liked to state that she was a ‘lawyer with friends in high places’

Now she is on Police Bail on suspicion of harassment and stalking. She is registered on the Police Computer. Every news outlet has been informed of this. Every Local Authority in the land has been made aware. Every I.F.A has been informed. The Fostering Network are fully aware.
Ofsted know. The Independent Safeguarding Authority know. Her own fostering agency is desperate to be ride of her rather than face the exposure of Regulator Watch.

Plaskett and the good civil servant from Buckinghamshire are hiding under their desks.

Her use of her own computer has been restricted by the terms of her bail. She is now left to scuttle around the cheap food joints and hotel lobbies of Warwick like a scalded rat in order to indulge her insanity. A sad pathetic middle aged woman, loathed by everyone she contacts. A plastic bag floating in the ruins of the demented life she has created for herself.

And all the people she tried to destroy, –rich beyond their wildest dreams and rolling in their beds laughing at the Greek tragedy that is Mrs C.

    And—Regulator Watch never sleeps.

  10. From Wilt’s Laptop over there (here actully) – I had to stay on an extra day to deal with a urgent matter.

    Dear Judy

How are things in the Mdlands?

You are of course right about Mrs C in every respect, except one – she appears to have given up, for moment at least, of scouring Leamington Spa for Wi-Fi hotspots and reverted to her mobile phone as her main source of access to Regulator Watch. It was four times yesterday, like clockwork. One thing you can say about her is that she is regular – a regular twat!

You fortgot to mention the Milk Marketing Board the CQC and the Parliamentary Standards Commission.

    Wilt

  11. Dear Wilt
You are right. I did not mention those organisations. The reason being that I did not contact them. They contacted me.
    Love you
    Judy D

  12. Wilt is back home – exhausted.

Apart from the work the reliance on a laptop whilst overseas, whether in the very comfortable hotels (free Wi-Fi), out and about (via satellite dongle) or at the airports is very tiring – especially at the age of Wilt – over 21 but not yet quite semi or fully retired.

No sooner than Wilt reports that Mrs C confines herself, of late, to her T-Mobile phone to access Regulator Watch and she turns up yet again via Wi-Fi on her laptop. We took this as defiance and some futile effort to stamp her mark – OK!

Well we love “defiance”, are less favourable of “futile” and glad that the mad twat has again taken to the very healthy activity of visiting the real world – a kind of real world. For sure, a laptop is far better than the tiny screen of a mobile phone. Of course, either way she needs to get a life.

Perhaps Wilt is too generous in encouraging her to get out and about – we might need to block her Wi-Fi access too.

In the mean time, the number of “hits” on Regulator Watch, specifically to do with the Mrs C press release (which she has not seen – yet) has in the past few days grown out of all proportion – it seems very considerable interest is shown from local authorities, private companies, government agencies and the press, not to mention other very specific addressees. Of course none would dare post anything here on Regulator Watch but we are aware, privately via other sources that the press release is causing among some great mirth, among others to wince and some to both wince and laugh at the same time.

As usual, these things take a little lead-in time but surely and fairly comprehensively the message is out there – Mrs C was arrested, bailed with conditions on suspicion of “harassment.”

    Ooooooops

    Wilt

  13. Perhaps Mrs C has found a new attention seeking vocation: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/news/7901767/BBC-investigates-Top-Gear-Stig-mystery.html

Perhaps not! The term ‘Mrs C’ ,’Range Rover’ and ‘Porsche’ do not exactly go together – more like old rust bucket parked outside her ex-council house.

It only came to mind as we know how much she likes to impersonate others – like solicitors. “I am a solicitor you know” is one of her rants. Anyway, last night she was up till 11:30 pm on her T-Mobile phone and again early this morning lokking over Regulator Watch.

Like the Stig, she never sleeps.
