Ferkin Balls the bombastic twat has this remarkable ability to upset just about everyone, especially those in social work – not because he says it (as he thinks) it is but simply he knows sod all and cares even less. This time he has upset a room full of directors, councillors and Hilton Dawson ex-MP and qualified social worker.
