who appart from looking like a dork, who is a dork is a nice looking and grounded person has been entirly honest, reasonable and fair in his expenses. At a very frequent claim of £400 per month for food he seems to have a eating disorder or must scoff on meals at the Ritz, whilst you and I get a burger in -between appointments, if we are lucky to get lunch at all.
He aint no minister or secretary of state (that would have defeated even Commons foolish logic) and yet he lives a life on caviar, if his meal bill is true.
Is it possible please to get a tax rebate on the basis of MP excessive expenses?
Well, anyway, I sent him this email – I suspoect either no response or a dorkish response. We will see.
Details of email:
Dear Mr Wright
We are monitoring your expenses claims – this is an advisory note.
Will you be publishing non redacted details of your expense claims, or shall we?
Phillips razor? Will that be reibursed to the public purse? We think that an odd claim!
Further claims:
Bedding, furniture, ‘houshold items’ (circa £370.00) shower curtains X 2 (television
£599.00) and two Vacuum cleaners are noted, as well as other ‘electrical items’ (£270.00
plus) together with Video DVD (£69.98). Bedding totals nearly £200.00.
Oh, and the moving fee? will that be reimbursed to the public purse?
You have excessive claims for ‘food’ of £400.00 per month on numerous occasions. What
exactly is your diet that reqiores such a claim – perhaps you need medical attention!
We await your response within two days before publication and if necessary a formal
complaint on your extravagent and ill based claimes.
